Because Autolab was unable to identify the problem the first time, my car died a second time & they wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount to repair. A loose camshaft is apparently a known problem with Hondas, which caused the initial breakdown & $700 radiator replacement. Yet they did not identify or fix the problem, causing a second breakdown & an estimate of $2,400 to repair a 16-year-old vehicle. When I balked at the price, Wiley's response was, "You know we offer no-interest financing." I then asked him to send me the estimate in writing, and--surprise!--it was for half that cost. I called & spoke with owner Jason Colson about both issues, & rather than being sympathetic or accommodating, he was overly defensive to the point of attacking me, the customer. Never will I use or recommend this shop again.
Needed my muffler repaired I thought I was gonna be an arm and a leg but it was a great price and even better timing thank you again for your help guys keep up the good work!
