2. I have been to your shop multiple times. This was the first time I did not deliver my car personally but used the night drop off. I had spoken to Greg the day prior to my car being there and informed me of general quotes for an alternator and starter. I also asked about time frame for a slow draw battery system diagnostic. I was quoted 29.95 and was told it wouldn't take longer than the first half of the day.I had called multiple times on the day the car was there. the first time I was placed on hold, after 7 minutes someone had hung up the call. The second time Linda answered again and placed me on hold. And was told Greg was supposed to call me back with a status update. I waited 35 minutes before calling back and reaching Greg who informed me they didn't have the car. I am in your system with a phone number and Greg found the keys behind the night drop slot around 12:30. I was told I would get a call before 2pm with an update. I waited til 2:30 and called back again and Greg informed me of all the leaks that I was aware of already. I had asked for an electrical diagnostic that was not performed. I had taken a day off of work to get this resolved because I couldn't get my car to consistently start on the first try. It hurts to feel like I had wasted a day. I was going to ask you to replace my valve cover gasket for an oil leak but I don't feel confident I can get consistent answers and communication. I loved the first 2 experiences I had with your shop and promoted it to my friends and family. This experience has made me question that. I was upset, but I was appreciative that Greg did not charge me for the diagnostics he ran yesterday

All around good trustworthy people...this is such a dishonest world we live in so it is refreshing to know there are still good knowledgeable people like those at autolab...thank u guys

Amazing experience! Rick and Greg were so helpful and patient. I had a good deal of scheduled maintenance to do and Rick patiently helped me understand the importance and purpose of each service; as well as which ones fit my budget and specific needs. I felt very comfortable due to all of the documentation and pictures I received. I would definitely recommend them.

We were leaving for Arizona on a Monday morning and decided to get a strange grinding noise checked out. Autolab was able to get us in quickly on that morning, diagnose the problem (power steering broken hose and leak), order parts and fluids, fix the problem and have us back on the road by the end of the day!
